Returns and Replacement Policy

Because most NextGen CEOs products are custom manufactured or printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will gladly assist if:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• An incorrect product was sent

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
